So this time I was hoping it would turn out well since I followed the instructions but &#8230; hmm it could be because I didn&#8217;t add the white wine vinegar! The acidity of the vinegar is important. Anyway I shall try again next time but first I have to use all the frozen egg yolks (I have 8 of them in the freezer) before I attempt again.
