I’m currently reading “Veronika decides to die“, a book by Paolo Coelho. Just yesterday I finished “The Alchemist“, another of Paolo’s work which urges its readers to follow their dreams. Not bad.

As for “Veronika decides to die”, it tells the story of 24 year old girl, who appears to have everything in life going for her: she’s young, attractive, and has a good job. But she isn’t passionate about anything, and sees people around her as living routines rather than lives. So, at 24, relatively happy but convinced life doesn’t really get any better, she decides to die.

There’s gonna be a “Veronika decides to die” movie! It’s currently in production and should be out some time in 2008.
