I just threw in unmeasured ingredients together .... I first fried some chopped garlic + chopped onion + chopped mushrooms + chopped thyme. Then added about 1 to 2 tbsp of flour followed by milk. Then stir well. The sauce will thicken because of the flour + milk mixture. Add the frozen veggies, then seasoned the sauce with salt and pepper and about 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast (you can replace with grated cheese).
