CD: I bought most of those home workout dvds from local shops. Beach body cd like insanity and some jillian michaels were bought from beah body website and amazon. Some workouts can also be found on youtube.

hi, may i know where u bought all ur home dvd exercise ? feeling bored with gym & outdoor running..i had Insanity DVD… was thinking to try something new but doesnt required much equipment (i.e. P90X)…thx in advance :)

Hi Kelly, thanks :) Re. exercise, you are right. I’m definitely taking it slow. Only tried Asylum to see what it is like but never actually followed it to the T. The warm up is just enough lol.

your girls are too cute! :)?however, I think you should relax on the exercises, specially after a C cut. 8 wks post-pregnancy is not enough for the inner,deeper skin cells to heal completely. Just be careful.
