I love biscotti especially Starbuck’s ones! But they are expensive - $1.20 per piece I think. So I thought of baking my own biscotti. They are pretty easy to bake actually. Just mix all ingredients together. The recipe can be found on my recipe blog. Next thing that I wanna bake is the Tarte bourdalou au pomme.

Quick and simple hehe. I used those large sized pita breads, added diced tomatoes, dried herbs (basil, thyme, parsley) as I don’t have fresh ones, pepper, some parmesan cheese (just a little bit for the taste since I don’t really like my pizza to be cheesy), olive oil, baked for 10-15 mins et voila! It’s thin and crispy and one isn’t enough

Eunice’s friend who works as a chef at Carousel, baked these 2 cakes and brought them over to the office. Beautiful cakes ya! The first one is ‘Sunset’ — a dark chocolate mousse with a orange crème Brule a nougatine of sesame, chocolate sponge. We haven’t tried the second one yet.
