Baking craze!
This morning I threw together some condensed milk, baking powder, eggs, cocoa, chocolate chips and flour in a bowl and some magic happened.

I swear, this wasn’t in my morning agenda plan.

Now you know why I was late for work.

I actually spent more time snapping pictures. You see I am still testing the settings of my new camera.

Low Fat Condensed Milk Brownies
Ingredients (makes 25 bite-sized squares)
- 100ml low fat sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Hershey Cocoa Powder (Approx)
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Water (if the mixture is too thick)
Method: Mix everything together using a whisk. Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Mine were a little too dry because I over-baked them.
