Marathon – Yoga – Friends
I took a really really reaaaalllly long break after my last marathon. Yesterday, after a conversation with my co-workers about this year’s Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, I seriously felt like signing up for the full distance! Well, my mind was telling me to GO FOR IT but my body was telling me NOT to (for the time being). Training for a half or a full marathon is taxing on my body. So I guess I have to listen to it.
Anyhoo … Happy Friday! It’s a public holiday over here. I started off my day with some yoga.
Still working on those poses. Look at my cat (below), he likes to disturb me.
Last night I met my friend for a movie. We watched Prince of Persia. After the movie, I met another friend to catch up a little. We hung out at Outdoors cafe & bar at Peranakan Place.
We had wine, chicken wings, potato wedges and pizza
I had 2 glasses of vino
Ham and mushroom pizza
I think I need some more rest today! Have a nice weekend ahead!

Your poses are really nice and stable :) I can’t do the wheel properly – backbends are challenging for me because I have a poor and weak lower back.
Where do you do yoga at?

Thanks babe. I can’t stay in the crow pose for too long though . I prefer the wheel pose because it’s kinda relaxing :D
I do yoga at home, don’t even have a yoga mat yet and with cold air con. Haha yeah! I learn through DVDs …
Are you still at FF? Or at other gym?
