4 AM
My sleep pattern is pretty erratic at the moment. Some nights I fall asleep at 9 pm (too tired) and wake up at 4 am — before the sun rises — I suppose my body now feels that 7 hours of sleep is enough. Some nights, after a lot of tossing and turning, I eventually fall asleep at 3 am but then I will wake up at 7 am.
Today I was up at 4 am. What could I possibly do at this wee hour?
- Try to sleep some more. Fail.
- Do Yoga. Maybe.
- Go out for a run. I dare not at this hour plus I don’t feel like running. I think I’ve only done 3 – 4 runs in the past month!
- Watch TV. Don’t want to wake up the hubby.
- Blog reading. Maybe.
- Cooking or baking. Maybe.
- Work. Maybe.

I prefer to blog and work in the gym room (floor) than the study room (table)
I chose to do an hour of yoga first (gobbled down some yoghurt before that). I’m still not in the best of my mood but yoga did me some good. BTW excuse my Facebook frequent status messages and my not being online or comment on blogs.
After yoga, I thought I should get some work done but I felt a little unmotivated. Probably because I was hungry. So I made breakfast. It was none other than the morning protein pancake, topped with nutella and litchi. It looked like this. I’ve had breakfast pancakes for the past couple of days!

Yesterday (after seeing me in such a sad state) my colleague asked me to take the afternoon off and do some shopping. Unfortunately shopping doesn’t work for me. Hmm okay, maybe grocery shopping would have but you know, I wasn’t feeling it.
I’m going to do something this weekend though.

Have a great Wednesday. It’s time for me to get ready for work. I’m actually looking forward to work.

I’ve noticed your fb status and posts lately. Whatever you’re going though, I hope everything falls into place soon. I can feel through your words that you’re not doing so well and if you need someone to talk to, you can count on me :)
