Monday was a little blue
Evening all!
How was your Monday? Mine was a little packed (especially after almost a whole week break). Buut it was good to be back home by 6pm. I had a meeting outside my office and it ended a bit earlier than expected. I reached home around 5.45pm (how cool if I could be back around this time everyday!), slept for about an 1hr, then hit the gym for a fun strength endurance workout.
** On another note (just came to mind), I am thinking of getting the H1N1 jab. Has anyone got it? **
Bought some groceries afterwards.

- 3 packs of unsalted butter for my baking ($11.30 pack of 3)
- Small milk packs ($3.90 pack of 6)
- Eggs ($2.40 pack of 10)
- Fuji Apples ($2.35 for 5 pieces)
- Lemon ($0.45 each)
- Cucumber
- Pumpkin ($1 f0r this big chunk)
- Tomatoes ($0.55)
- Fresh Salmon ($7)
- Lettuce ($1.60)
Unsalted butter for baking and individual packs of milk. I prefer buying the small individual packs because we don’t drink milk everyday.

For dinner, I made a hearty honey mustard salad with the cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 lemon and some lettuce leaves. Too bad I didn’t have bacon bits or nuts for some crunchiness!

I also baked the salmon and made some more baked sweet potato fries. Still loving these fries! I had a quarter of the salmon.

Off to watching TV but before that, don’t forget to check out Jocelyn’s “Cheer Up My Blog Giveaway” ! A lot of awesome stuffs I tell ya and it’s opened to residents all over the world :) I’ve not tried any of these foodstuffs!! Never seen them here (except for the Jello).

Blog “Giveaways” ain’t popular over here. Wish they were because it would be fun!
Ok tata everyone!
