Happy hump day

Morning people! Breakfast was a left over dragon fruit, my last piece of granola bar and a cup of hot Milo — not pictured as I bought it on my way to work.  I am making some more granola bars tonight. I think I should make more than the usual 12 bars. In case you haven’t noticed, I am in a granola bar craze these days!

Homemade ones are so good!  I never ever used to buy off-the-shelf bars  — I guess I wasn’t a fan and people around me never ate them. Also, the husband dislike those cereal bars  (he can’t dislike mine of course hehe). Anyway I am experimenting with different flavours and ingredients while keeping them ‘healthy’.

Tonight will be an easy workout session. Maybe elliptical and stationary bike. Back to work now!

    I like cereal bars but I never thought of preparing homemade ones. Definitely homemade cereal bars are healthier and contain no additives! Are granola bars easy to make?

    Granola bars are very easy to make. In fact I find they are easier than baking cakes!
