Tonight it was strength training at home.

- Squats x 10 reps x 5 sets
- Push ups x 10 reps x 5 sets
- Military press x 10 repsĀ x 5 sets
- Lunges x 10 reps x 5 sets
- Kickbacks x 15 reps x 5 sets
- Crunches x 30 x 5 sets
- Bicep Curl x 8 reps x 3 sets
Total time taken: 50 min.
Dinner was baked tofu drizzle with some sesame oil

PlusĀ curry fish head, dragon fruits and a couple of dried apricots

Off to cuddle and relax a little :)

Your dinner look really good. :D You are full of energy! Can exercise and still make dinner after. *shame on me. :P

I forgot to mention that I didn’t cook the curry fish head haha :P We ‘tapao’ back. I only baked the tofu as it’s the fastest to prepare. If I workout after work I don’t have time to cook fancy stuffs, just quick things. I’d rather spend the rest of my evening relaxing! :)
