The joy of being an auntie
My first niece, Claire, was born on the 23rd August 2009, on a Sunday morning, weighing 2670 grams. Sis said her labor and delivery went well and was pretty fast – good thing I suppose! It was such a joy to see the little cutie pie, to hold her, to just watch her sleep, to look at her little fingers, feet and toes. Awwwww. Really adorable. I can’t describe that feeling. It’s simply a joy :) Both mummy and daughter are back home and doing well.
There’s nothing quite like being an auntie and showering that little niece of yours with all kinds of love.
We’ve taken a LOT of photos, which kind of all look the same actually haha. I will post some soon!
