S.T.U.F.F.E.D
Boy am I stuffed after tonight’s dinner! I hate going to bed with a full stomach. Let’s see what we had tonight.
I made a balsamic salad that consisted of lettuce, wild rockets, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, apples, mixed nuts (almond, nuts, cashews), dried raisins, dried cranberries, oranges and mint. Lovely combination. I learnt this from my brother. I went to Cold Storage just to get wild rockets and I forgot to add it to my salad!!! Booo. I was pretty disappointed!

Then we had sausages (sundried tomato chicken, spicy chicken and beef) and fried chicken wings.

The main dish was pasta with vegetarian sauce prepared by Calvin. I forgot to take photo of it. Here’s a pic of my plate instead. I know, this doesn’t look like it’s a lot. I ate more after this. A lot more!

Has anyone watched “The Party“? It’s a comedy filmed in 1968 I think. It’s similar to Mr Bean and it’s as funny as Mr Bean. We were watching the movie this afternoon.

And finally, a group photo

I never ate chicken wings before coming to Canada, because in Mauritius they are served whole just as in the picture. I only started to eat chicken wings in Canada because here they are not served whole and don’t have the wing tips which remind me of aircraft winglets :-)

@ Evan
Try the mint. It’s nice. Cucumber + mint is also nice :)

@ Patrick
Chicken wings are never my first choice because 1) they are not fleshy enough and 2) it’s hard to remove their skin
