Easy-Peasy Banana Bread

I had over ripe bananas on the kitchen counter. So I made banana bread during the weekend.

Ingredients

3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter (I used half of this amount + added a few tbsp of canola oil)
1 cup sugar (I only used 1/2 cup. I could have reduced a little bit more)

Mauritian style Prawn Egg Fu Yung

This is one of our Mauritian Chinese dishes. Some people prepare it differently.

Ingredients

3 to 4 eggs (I only used 3 eggs, you can add more)
Prawns (about 12 big prawns)
1 large onion
Bamboo shoot (optional)
Dried mushrooms, chopped into pieces
Salt or soy sauce or fish sauce
Chopped coriander
