This japanese salad dressing (Mizkan) is awesome! I love it! It has this sweet, salty and nutty sesame taste that is so addictive.

When I “prepare” my salad, or IF I prepare rather, I add a pinch of salf and a minute dose of olive oil and it’s more than enough for me. Lol :)

Despite the infinite kinds of salad dressing, I still prefer a simple vinaigrette made up of vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. I just wish vinegar made from sugar cane were more readily available where I live.

I love Japanese salad dressings too. I usually have this brand : http://www.jccreativefoods.com/en/vinaigrettes.php
I particularly like the miso and the sesame flavors :)

@ Bruno
Try to add in some Balsamic vinegar next time. It’s one of my favourite in salads.

@Carine
I think the brown vinegar in Mauritius is made from sugar cane.
