My neighbors let the dogs out around 7.30 am. As soon as they get out of the house, they start barking at everything! So frustrating to hear their constant barking while getting ready for work. Actually I have never prepared spinach dip myself. My aunt usually makes that dipping sauce. Cos hard to find motivation these days after so long, i always see a Japanese guy spinning in the front row, his legs really powerful, so i get inspiration from him haha, by watching him:) But i think i'm low in Iron already, i can feel giddy, or fainting spells if i try too hard. So i regulate and never push too hard anymore. spinning’s great yesterday.
