I packed my lunch today! How many of you pack your lunch to work? It’s not common here.
Lunch also included an iced tea from the food court. Had some mixed nuts & dried raisin as an afternoon snack. And dinner for us was a lasagna-style eggplant with prawns (without the white bechamel sauce unlike the previous time – the white thing on top is the melted mozzarella cheese). Oh my … it was delicious :) Dessert was red grapes. I’m not sure if you had noticed, but most of the things that I cook don’t include rice. Well I don’t like rice.
I video taped this yesterday when my cat wanted a piece of my turkey ham sandwich. He managed to get some!

I usually pack my lunch for work. Most of the time I bring a sandwich or leftovers from last night’s dinner. But it happens that I don’t have much time in the morning, especially if I wake up late, so I grab lunch at restaurants near the office.

It’s just prawn and eggplant? Simple but it looks good! And when I was working I packed lunch too.

Yes it’s a layer of eggplant with a layer of prawn & tomato sauce and a layer of eggplant etc. etc. Topped with mozzarella cheese :)
