Risotto

I’ve been busy finishing my 2 lab reports ever since I came back. Both are due next week — we only have 2 weeks to finish them. Exams start in 4 days and I’m way behind schedule. So hopefully everything will be fine.

I cooked pumpkin risotto for the first time today. I think it was not bad. I’m not too sure if the rice I got is really short grain rice. It does look like short grain though doesn’t it.
