Happy Birthday to me!

I had 2 birthday dinners, one on Saturday with my family at my brother’s place and one at home last night with some of the ex-colleagues. I had a great time playing wii at bro’s place — I especially enjoyed the robot boxing game! And last night it was great to have my ex-colleagues at home for dinner (prepared by yours truly) followed by a mahjong session. Yup we were up till 2+ am playing hehe. I won $8 this time :P

For dinner, I’d prepared several dishes: Tender & Crisp Chicken with cherry tomatoes (from Jamie Oliver’s recipe), Penne with Chicken Sausage & Bechamel Sauce, Petits Pois a la Francaise, mini Ham & Cheese Quiche, Salad & Fruit Jelly.
