Express Pizza for lunch

Quick and simple. I used those large sized pita breads, added diced tomatoes, dried herbs (basil, thyme, parsley) as I don’t have fresh ones, pepper, some Parmesan cheese (just a little bit for the taste since I don’t really like my pizza to be cheesy), olive oil, baked for 10-15 min et voila! It’s thin and crispy and one isn’t enough :)
