Cakes

Eunice’s friend who works as a chef at Carousel, baked these 2 cakes and brought them over to the office. Beautiful cakes ya! The first one is ‘Sunset’ — a dark chocolate mousse with a orange crème Brule a nougatine of sesame, chocolate sponge. We haven’t tried the second one yet.

    Both look so good. Just wondering, what’s that squarish piece of paper on the cakes?

    That would be nice if we could get the recipe. Like that I would be able to taste it, even here in Mauritius :)
