We switched SGRunners to a local server a few weeks ago. This time it is my turn to switch web host. I chose the same local web host company (www.hostarc.com) as SGrunners’ one, but a reseller plan instead, in order to host SprintDynamic as well as some of my other websites. There’s a much higher price to pay for hosting at a local server … The monthly fee is now S$60 for a mere 3,000MB web space. My previous web host (www.surpasshosting.com) was only S$24 per month for a huge 20,000MB reseller plan! If you come across a cheaper plan (local server), let me know 
Well uploading and downloading files to and from the new server seems to be much faster now and I believe it’s faster loading time for Starhub users too! As for you, my friends who are surfing from outside Singapore or even Singnet / M1 / Pacificnet users, I guess there’s not much difference in loading time haha 
Oh … I’ve also upgraded my wordpress to V2.2.1 … the upgrade was flawless! Theme used: Mandigo Theme.

i prefer this new layout. its very neat!! till now my fantatisco has not updated the new version of wordpress. i give up.

The new server had V2.2.1 auto install.. So I installed a new wordpress and then imported my old database over …

Glad you changed host. I heard some pretty bad things about surpasshosting. Like they would try really hard to stop their customers, from going to another hosting company, even if they have to be assholes.
Like there’s no point. If they don’t provide the best service obviously people will eventually leave.
