The weather wasn’t too good. It was drizzling the whole morning. This is a view from my hotel room’s window.

Breakfast at the hotel.

We visited PEITOU PALM TREES HOT SPRING SPA. Hot springs contain sulfur and have an according odour. They are good for joints. I didn’t stay that long inside the tub as I didn’t like that odour … smelled like polluted rivers … haha.

The traffic light is very cute. The green man runs faster …

Traffic jam is pretty common.

You see scooters everywhere. I even saw a big dog on a scooter sitting in front haha.

Some very old buildings.

Next, we visited XIMENTING, a centre containing cinemas and shops in Taipei. We ate some dumpling rice and oyster noodles for lunch. I only liked the dumpling rice. The oyster noodles contained pig intestines – eeekkk … I really don’t like pig stuffs!!!

I guess these guys are quite bored standing like this.

Saw something that looks similar to Roti Prata. Didn’t try.

Some common foodstalls and foods.

Went to MIRAMAR SHOPPING MALL. This mall can hold up to 29201 people at the same time. There were 7174 people inside the mall when I took this photo. Going inside Miramar Mall is like going inside any shopping malls in Singapore. Prices are more or less the same.

After that, we visited SHIHLIN OFFICIAL GARDEN. It was the former home of the late President Chiang Kai-shek. In 1996, it was placed under the care of the city government and partially opened to the public. The expansive and elegant garden has a romantic European feel, with rose beds and tree-lined paths, making it a popular place for taking wedding photographs.

For lunch, the tour guide brought us to a restaurant. We were served about 9 to 10 dishes. The food was quite okay, except the pig stuffs :D Oh the crab rice was nice!

Our 2nd hotel (Yue Hua Hotel) was pretty nice and the beds were very comfy! I like soft bedsheets! Each of us got 2 big beds! There were condoms in the bed-table drawer + porn channels on TV haha :D
